SSN will help identify areas of concern and outline recommendations to make your elder safer and more secure.  We will help you develop a plan, and identify appropriate resources.  Implementation of the plan can be done either by the client/family or by SSN staff.

1–Researching Facilities

Once we are crystal clear on what the family and the senior are looking to achieve, we begin our research process.  We keep up to date relationships and information on all of the facilities in our area.

2–Initial Assessment –

Our Relationship starts with a friendly, in depth assessment of your seniors unique needs and abilities including:

Physical – Emotional – Mental

3–Suggesting Solutions / Options

After we have completed our research we suggest which facilities might work best for your family based on the identified needs and preferences

4–Coordinate Facility Tours

If the family is interested in seeing a particular facility we will coordinate and schedule a tour with or for them.

5–Negotiate / Advocate

Our experience and our knowledge give the family peace of mind that their need are being met in the most affordable manner.
